Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pet products.

To start a return, email support@snughound.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
