Shipping
- Free shipping on every order, anywhere in the US.
- Ships from our US warehouse — most orders arrive in 3–5 days (up to 3–8 days during busy periods).
- You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
We want your dog to love their SnugHound. If something isn't right, here's how it works:
- 30-day returns on unused items. Unused products in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- We do not accept returns on used products. For health and hygiene reasons, any item a pet has used, slept on, chewed, or that shows signs of use is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Arrived damaged or defective? If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
How to start a return: Email us at support@snughound.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we cover return shipping for damaged or defective items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
