Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship across the United States, and shipping is always free.
How fast will my order arrive?
Everything ships from our US warehouse and arrives in about 3–5 days (up to 3–8 during busy periods). You'll get tracking by email.
What is your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition and packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products — anything a pet has slept on, used, or chewed. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace or refund it — just send us a photo within 7 days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us a photo at support@snughound.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a refund, no fuss.
How do I pick the right size?
Each product page lists exact dimensions. As a rule of thumb, measure your dog from nose to tail and add a few inches so they can stretch out — and when in doubt, size up.
How do I clean it?
Most of our beds have machine-washable covers, and our cooling mats wipe clean with a damp cloth. Check the individual product page for specifics.

Yes — checkout is fully encrypted and secure, and we never store your card details.
